Picture of the bars that needed cut off to make the same width as the truck frame. Those were the worst part of this whole project.

I'm digging that big screw jack in your last pic, those things are about the handiest jackstand ever. 8)

especially when you need to get all the way to the frame.. That's what i used when I took the axle out..

Got most of the welding done on the bed over the weekend. Just have a few more welds to do. The tig welder I borrowed is just a little small to weld the 1/2" bars. But the bed is together enough that I can throw it on a trailer and take it to another buddy's shop that has a big tig welder.

Got the front hubs installed, all 6 wheels put on, and got the bed loaded up to take down the road to get the rest of the welding done on it. Gives a nice little idea what the truck is going to look like.

E350 wheels? I always wanted to try them. I freaking love the look of a reg cab W350. I want one with a pickup bed myself. Looking good!!

I surely am jealous! I want to dual my ol dodge pretty bad....something is always keeping me from it tho.

Thanks guys. I got the wheels dirt cheap on Craigslist a while back. Andy, the tires are Goodyear wrangler authority's. Walmart special. They preform really well. Just don't like giving Walmart that much of my business. Lol

How long have you had the tires? Been looking at those exact tires but have seen mixed reviews
