They are strut rods. I don't know if you can buy them new or not

I've got a set on a frame I'm gonna scrap. Let me see if I can remove them without breaking them, and ill get back with ya.
That only parts you still need? That suspension is complete less hubs

'54 Dodge M37 6.2/700R4/205, 5.89 gears, WC rear axle

I rebuilt the leaf packs and now have it sitting on its own feet. Then dropped on the cab. I'm going to hook up the fuel, brakes, steering and gut the interior and then take it to the body guy.

That thing is looking pretty sexy !!!!!!!
you know- if dodge had done the frame as good as you did- you wouldn't have needed to restore it probably even now.....
