Not the prettiest welding ever, but it should do.

Painted the frame and fixed the cab mounts. I think I'm ready for the cab. :D

Yup, doors are tough. I wonder if your way is better? I had fenders and all on and tried to line up both ends at once. It looks like you do the door, then when the fenders are on you line them up with the door. It's gotta be easier than what I did.
I got to get my headliner done and back in, yours looks good!

I cheated on the headliner. My original cab didn't have one, so I bought one of those expensive abs ones from lmc.

I started on the passenger side by hanging the fender first, but I had so much trouble with it that I hung the driver door first.

Does anyone have any extra cab bolts? I need to find two. I called the dealership and they said they don't carry any parts for these trucks anymore.

Just take them in and match the thread, thread pitch and length and get grade 5 bolts. I don't think there is anyway I could get any of mine out.

Oh holy hell no! 4 bolts will cost more than the cab! Any bolt place should have them, Fastenal shouldn't be that bad, but I bet you can get them on line with shipping cheaper than Graingers. ;)
