1st gen in a 94 silverado heavy 1500

Well guys I am new here and am new to dodge/but today is day 2 of my install. I have spent 6 months collecting the parts I wanted. Motor tranie Tcase are all in now working on mounts. I will be seeking help on some electrial, also going to have some cooling issues...

So First of many questions....will my factory in tank fuel pump be enough of a lift pump? factory was a tbi 350.

Well, i have also converted a 92 tbi truck to a 91 5.9. I am using the electric pump and i also have the factory lift pump on the engine. It seems to run ok right now. We'll see what happens when i get it on the road. I dont think it has too much pressure though, somewhere around 15psi.
92 chevy 4x4 91 non intercooled engine nv4500 valair clutch, full fuel screw turned 2 turns, slightly ground fuel cone, 366 spring, stock baby h1c , stock lift pump, timing to head and autometer ultralite boost and pyro. 17 second race truck!!

If you're going to run both the electric and the mechanical, you might want to switch to a piston lift pump. 15 psi going in to a diaphram pump could fill the crankcase pretty quick should the diaphram go bad.
92 W250 ext cab 518, big sticks, a-1000, PDR HX40, 4" exhaust w/aeroturbine, pump tweaked, K&N filter Tims Cooler tubes and 3" i/c, gauges
