Your going to be good friends with a grinder and cutoff wheel. An air chisel with a 7/16" punch to drive the cut off revits will help.

A body swap would be the fastest way.

Search around for Solid Axle Swap threads...the process will be about the same, except occasionally you can luck out and use all stock parts from a 4WD truck, and once in a blue moon, they will bolt right up. I don't know a whole lot about the Dodge stuff, but if you know someone with a 4x4 Ram you can compare the 2...
