2wd to 4x4 swap

ok so im 17 and want to make my truck 4x4 cant afford a new truck but i can take the time to buy all the parts i need to do the swap.(even if it costs more moneyin the long run) If things go right i would like to do it this summer. if anyone has pic of there swaps, cheap parts, or would be willing to help me complete the swap that would be great.

I can't give prices, pictures or help you work on it but I can tell you it has been done before n I think all you need to do to the frame if I remember right is add the rear shackle hangers.
90 LE 250 reg cab 4x4 5 speed getrag. Fuel screw turned to factory stop, throttle rod mod, 3.5in flow through exhaust, #75 fuel pin rotated, HX-35 waiting to on along with an intercooler.

I'm doing a 2WD to 4WD conversion on an older crew cab truck. The ONLY reason I'm doing it is because there are/were no available 4WD crew cab frames local to me. You might be farther ahead time and dollar wise to just find a good used 4WD frame with springs and build off of it. There are quite a few getting scrapped because the trucks are getting parted out for their major components.
