When you replace your o ring, try putting in a longer afc slide pin..... I can dig up the part number if you'd like.

This may help in aiding the slide pin from sliding passed the o ring. Denny pins are cut where the very very very tip of the slide pin is left on about half of the o ring. Meaning over time it will leak, some instantly and others take a while.

The longer slide pin in my personal experience fixes the problem on about 75% of the trucks, and it also gives you better afc control and lower smoke and faster spoolup

1 463 105 364..... I got this from another member on this site. This pin isn't much longer but it does make a big diference.
