Do they keep the same exact fueling though?

So, obviously I needed to advance the timing..... so I just went and did that. Holy balls, gonna have to go another route. Need to keep my idle timing lower, because it now smokes at an idle like i have missing rings. Which is fine, as soon as I put on the adjustable timing spacer I'm going to add my timing spacer to the back side of the pump and mess around with longer springs.

They did. But they keep having traction issues.

The Scheid rail i know they took the old motor out of the puller, installed new engineer in puller, went and raced the rail to a 7 second quarter

Well.... upon messing with my timing it was perfect where it was.

Advancing at all creates an engine that smokes all the time and leaves a blue trail everywhere you go.... surges incredibly bad, heats up faster and can't spool the turbo.

Ok, I've got it dialed in where it runs the best.

I'm actually about 1/16-1/32" backed off where my timing was with the smaller injectors....this helped clean up my low end smoke. (remember I'm now injecting the fuel in at a higher compression ratio)

Backed my power screw off about 1.5 turns.....

Puts me at 1400 degrees instantly and about 47 psi instantly. Truck has way more bottom end than before, is tremendously quiet and way more responsive than smaller injectors being overly maxed out.

Truck has a little less peak hp so on the dyno would make probably 375hp..... but it does pull a lot longer and therefore is a lot faster...... hammers 20-80 before temps get to 1600.

Kind of odd about the timing with these sticks. Where it is it sounds like a completely stock non i/c truck. If I advance it at all it sounds like it has 30 degrees of timing and surges badly. A little bit makes a huge huge difference. Where with the old injectors it didn't.

And boom, that fast..... going back to the proper spray angle.

1930 Model A, 91 non i/c, he351ve over ht3b, bagged all around, mostly built 47rh, 72 lpm sticks, 600hp/1400 ft lbs (cummins math), just needs traction

Important tid bit.... with my lift pump set up the way it is (15psi idle - 17ish max). I can pull my pump down to 6 psi at wot with these injectors. Lift pump has absolutley no problem keeping up. I can honestly say that on my mess I don't think I could put injectors in big enough to pull it down to 0. Maybe with 6x16s???????????? don't know if the pump itself could move that much more fuel or not, as it is wit these injectors it is ridiculous the amount of fuel it moves.

Also important is the fact that I still have the factory fuel system with the exception of the 3/8" supply line.

Because of issues that can't be corrected with the nozzles or is it time for the next test?

Did you try spray correcting washers?

I put them in with spray correcting washers.

And they are out simply because the test concurred that they weren't optimum for my truck.
