In the pic it was too far forward because I hadn't drilled its locating holes, they're in there now so it's back far enough, just not lined up right apparently. I'll just mount it all on the truck, cut off my coldpipe , then weld it up. Just sucks to waste literally a whole day not realizing that...

Got her, boys! Took me 2.5 hours and two tries today, but she's holding belts and howling. 8)

I've got to pull it apart and weld it solid, then plug all the holes the gasser application needed on that thing, then I'm going to either remake or retry my cold pipe. I don't like how it is, but since it does technically work it'll probably stay. That's how I am.

I got a vid on my camera (and sent a super-sneak cell vid to Hiney). So I'll put it on YT tonight for your perusal.

Just got it uploaded, sorry! Got lots of belt shots for Dazed. ;)

It's all apart again, I rewelded the cold pipe and it pulled that plate all over the place. I'll have to try to get it straight again, then all that'll be left is paint and that damn intake pipe.

There isn't that much money involved in this setup, and I do work a 58 hour week these days. :P

One thing's for sure, this is way harder than dealing with those twins. Maybe the memory of how bad they were has faded or something but making them fit and work wasn't nearly this tough.

It's all coming together now, thanks, fellas. 8)

Never...never...never...never...

Once I got the tires spinning past second that poor locker couldn't hold them together, it would unlock right as the turbo spooled into the 15pai range. I just don't think it can handle that much torque. That was with the 10.5" wide tires too, I figure it's limits are now much lower with an extra 2" of tire.

Don't worry, I'll have a ride along vid and one of Hiney's girlish wails as I take him for his first drive in it but I wouldn't expect much extreme action. I get my fill welding crap to the engine, the last thing I want to do is work on the drivetrain.

Copied from CompD, deal with it. :P

Fuuuuuuuuck yeah, all sealed up and ready to try. Who wants a video of the boost gauge on this beast?!?

Hey, bro, gonna test out your new setup? Be a shame if something went wrong.

(Epic MS Paint skills, bow to them) The freaking locating pin broke off my tensioner. I think I forgot to tighten it all the way and after taking the belt on and off about 30 times it had had enough.
I'll order a new one in the morning and see what she does got right after work.
