Thanks. I was always curious about your setup. I may update my setup. I can hit 1500 degrees wih my primary right around 32-34 psi. With about 54 psi max. I'd like to cool my egts as much as possible, to better use all the fuel.

I'm really satisfied with my setup for now. I just need some time and money to finish my dually conversion and get it painted.

Then I'd love to get a better intercooler and an aluminum radiator. It's always something I guess.

I'd skip a tooth and the play around with it to dial it in.

You'll just have to mess with it and see how you like it. 8)

I tried doing this same thing earlier this year. I made a fool of myself on the dyno. I only made 18hp more than my 5x12s. And I didn't have the spacer with my ddp3 ether. It's best to have a buddy as mechanically savvy as you come over and lend a hand and bust it out in 2 hours. Don't cut corners like I did, you won't be happy with the results.

For best results, skip that thing a tooth. Then add the timing spacer and start at the factory marks. Skipped a tooth and retarded about an 1/8" puts you at about the same thing as to the head.

Ahineman, Sutter1stgen, BC847, Bgilbert, KTA, JQmile, myself, and more.... all have run a tooth advanced for a reason

P.S. my injectors are not even close to the size that you will be running or wht the others run... I still run the best with that much timing.

I was at 21 degrees on the dyno at ponci's. That's when I knew I needed more. 27 degrees seems to be the most you'd want to run from what I've researched, and been told. Plenty of people have made power without a timing light, by trial and error. Just take your time and bump it alittle at a time till you find the sweet spot.
