Since I have an auto, the F2F cooler lines were close to the compressor housing and time will tell if they will rub. For some reason, the bottom manifold to turbo studs came out instead of letting the nut back off and I couldn't find a way to fit the stud back in the rear hole because the back of the exhaust housing was in the way. I need to clock the compressor housing yet and that's done by compressing a big snap ring-type thing on the rear of the compressor housing. I used the cast aluminum elbow coming out of the compressor housing and things should line up nicely after çlock the housing. The downpipe does need to move back a bit. I only had to heat one stud to get it loose.
Other things you'll need is an oil line fitting, a drain line gasket, and an exhaust manifold to turbo gasket. There's a P/N floating around for the fitting on this site. The fitting is actually the same as the one that goes into the oil filter base.
I hooked up the waste gate, but I haven't pushed it hard enough to open it, I think. I don't know when it opens or if it even works at all.
Overall I'm happy with it. The power comes on smoother and smoke seems to be down again. I'll get everything set the way I like and I'll see how it does when I push it harder. It took me 2-2.5 hours start to finish.
