To my
SEMI-PRO understanding, if you index your throttle forward, you can run in the fuel screw in farther. I think guys have run the fuel screw in so far that the case itself was the obstruction. Nobody talks about this stuff anymore because the horsepower wars were over 5 years ago and with the exception of maybe a dozen guys pushing the envelope, VE 6BT performance (500+/- HP) is dead.
Oh yea, I'm pretty far from a diesel guru. I just have a fairly good idea of what makes my pick-up tick
