BUT! . . . . pending what governor-spring you use, you may find it better to go one tick one way, or the other.
For Example, the 3800rpm governor-spring is a little longer that the stock/OEM spring. Perhaps an eighth of an inch longer.
To make the thing work as intended, one could:
A: Shorten the 3800 spring and reshape the end so as to be much like the Stock/OEM spring length.
OR
B: Rotate the throttle-shaft one tick counter-clockwise, so as to take up the slack (if you will), in the internal linkage assembly.
In either case, with completing the above, you'll still want to revisit the main fuel-screw adjustment to dial it all back in.
