Your going to want to think small… with your compounds that is. The VE pumps have a very narrow fueling window, and you don't want your air to miss the ride. I would look into a smaller s400 (s472 hell even a s475) over the s480 you have. I'm not saying it won't work, but it would not be optimal. Turbine wheel size, and AR all play a big part in in the primary selection as well. Talk with a reputable builder and really pick their brain. I've moved onto a p pump now, and I'm not going to run a s480 as my primary just to give you a comparison.
Your secondary I would use the same logic. Hx35, hx40, s300g, maybe a s360 (depending on Trans). I have zero first hand expirience with the He351 (so I won't judge it) but I'm sure someone will chime in and give you some great advise.
With your injectors go with a quality builder, "buy once, cry once". This is another great time to question the hell out of the potential builder. It's your hard earned money and you should feel comfortable when your done spending it.
RCCummins89 can throw together a awesome package for you. He's one of the few people that still emmerce themselves into the VE game hard! And one of the only (probably the only) venders that is primarily VE oriented.
Think really hard about what you want to do with his truck, and try to get the parts picked out the first time. Regaurdless your going to have one fun truck to drive.
