Thanks guys. Yes, the head is an 1/8 NPT thread. The AFC cover I put in the vice, and drilled/tapped to accommidate the 1/8 NPT fitting.
The bit size is 21/64 to tap for an 1/8.
If anyone does this in the future, a good sharp tap is needed, or it will bugger the hole trying to start it. Bought a new tap, it went easy as pie. Another excuse for new tools, right?
