Got me a 2ndgen booster and master assembly with all the lines coming. I always knew my booster was popped but just never wanted to admit it. Finally stuffed our brake bleeder thing in the line and couldn't even try to pull a vacuum on it.

I'm betting my blowby will literally be cut in half when I plug that damn pump off. I've stashed a few parts off all the turbo cars I've had over the years, I've got an electric vacuum pump here that will probably be plenty to run the HVAC. Might have to find a vacuum switch for it so it doesn't run for no reason...

I put another actuator on the TB and threw a regulator before it to keep pressure down to 20psi. Been working fine, I'm just a little wary of the seeming lack of top end. Pulls damn good through third, but towards the upper end of 4th you can really feel it lay over. I can't remember how my IP is set up, but I set my AFC to go all the way down tonight.

Turbo runs 45psi but that's with a ported head and 188/220 cam. No more vacuum pulled on the interstage piping, the turbo is getting plenty of air.

I talked to Tyler and we're gonna swap my questionable 5x14's for his old DDP4's and see what happens.

My LP maintains 8psi on a hard pull as of right now, so if my injectors aren't limiting me I'm somewhat afraid my IP may be going retarded from lack of case pressure. I'll rig up a case pressure port after I try out his injectors. If his turn out to fix this problem I'll just look into another set.

Maybe somewhere in the 5x18-5x20 range, to shut Hineman up.

Look on the bright side, Hiney, we could be spending money on these things because we had to, not because we wanted to. What fun would that be?

Speaking of, my heater hoses aren't leaking. :(

So.....the whole hx shaft in an 351 housing....it won't work......well it might....lol the turbine wheel on the hx must step down differently. the wheel bottoms out before the housing does. It might need to be machined down.. or something...I'll need to measure some more.

It bottoms on the verticle surface of the blades before the v-bands close up?

That totally blows, how much interference is there?
