HIDs are in. They are decently brighter, and a nicer color than the halogens. I'll run for a while and see how they do. Then I found out there's a small hole in one of my tires, so I swapped it with the spare, and it's getting changed with one of the tires we have laying around

I went to the dyno today. I made 28x hp and 600 lbft of torque. That's an improvement of 10 or 12 hp and 100 lbft of torque with the new transmission and 4" exhaust. I'm very, very happy with that torque number. There was one other 1st gen there and he made about 240/560 with "100 horse" injectors, an HX35, a regulated 2nd gen piston pump, and an NV4500. I was really surprised to beat a manual in both torque and power. Funny thing is though, he hosted the event so I "won" low HP Dodge and last year that meant a several hundred dollar gift card to a local shop.

Me thinks I'll buy a CR lift pump and pocket the cash.

The graph and some technical notes will be uploaded in the dyno thread shortly.

Man that's some pretty good numbers. Now you need to grind the fuel cone for another 30-40 horses. :D

Good work Caleb. All I did was work on my 4th gen today. Yesterday I unplugged all the plugs from my intake side, and today I pulled the crossover pipe, and the valve on the horn. It the spirit of saving money (also not planning it) I made all the block off plates. I also put in the grill quick release kit I got from genos. All in all it turned out pretty well

A little girl runs out to the backyard where her father is working, and asks him, "Daddy, what's sex?"
Her father sits her down, and tells her all about the birds and the bees. He tells her about conception, sexual intercourse, sperms and eggs. He goes on to tell her about puberty, menstruation, erections, wet-dreams...and he thinks, what the hell, and goes on to tell her the works.
He covers a wide and varied assortment of sub topics and by the time he's finished, his daughter is somewhat awestruck with this sudden influx of bizarre new knowledge. Her father finally asks: "So what did you want to know about sex for?"
"Oh, mommy said to tell you lunch would be ready in a couple of secs..."

Happy Easter!!
