Very nice. I now realize just how big of a truck I'm going to end up with if I build a crew cab how I want to

lol Its honestly not as bad as you would think......Yes when you go to pull into angled parking in walmart you still have to swing from one side to the other then back up and pull back in to straighten it out lol....but its not terrible. When you get a trailer on it in town gets some what interesting on the side streets if theres other cars there but its not bad. My wife won't drive it for two reasons...Its 5spd and its long lol.

If you ever make it up to Iowa or I make it down there with it you can drive it.

I was all for making it a 4wd but I was driving my 4wd down home and remembered how its turning radius sucks on it and am alittle worried about it in the crew.

you could always build a shortbed crew but I don't care for the look of the shortbeds.

That's cute.

You guys have the wrong idea about long trucks, you just need to put a steer axle in the rear too.

you could always build a shortbed crew but I don't care for the look of the shortbeds.

My plan is to stretch the front fenders 5-8 inches on the wheel wells, stretch the cab 10-12" at the back so it's like a megacab, and have a 10' bed. Power it with a triple turbo p pumped 8.3 cummins, stuff a class 8 (hopefully a 44 000 pound unit) in the rear, a modded Dana s111 in the front. Have a full air system (brakes, suspension, etc) then have an interior to rival a rolls Royce. Then use it to haul a monster 5th wheel

I have another Crew cab cab\frame that I'm thinking hard about finding a decent ext cab and having an ext. crew cab and then throwing it on my cab and chassis frame.

Gotta be more than that,or it's the blue paint.

Honestly I like the truck,I'd like to do something like that but with a chevy. They're more common than the dodge counterparts. Parts are easier to get as well.
Oh just to find that "right" one.

The crew ferd ran all day today with fresh oil and that rev-x stuff. Guess we'll see if it starts up better in the morning.
