I had to, but in all seriousness those trucks are real comfortable. They jump nice too…

It's treating me well. I more or less removed all the PO's fingerprints. It has a lot of little things I like that I never knew I'd like. Examples: big mirrors, power windows, and bucket seats. The pocket gear in the ZF6 it flat out sweet when towing. It makes it feel like it has the same torque my Dodge does, even though it probably has 200 ft-lb less.

Funny story on selling the Dodge. I had it listed for a few days and then this kid texts me and HAS to see it. From the moment I saw him I knew he was a low life, but I thought "Who am I to judge? He says he has cash in hand." He drives it and loves it saying its the cleanest one he's ever seen and makes an offer. I take it, we shake hands, I pull the ad, and then the fun starts. For the past two weeks the story has changed from cash in hand, to cash in the bank, to grandma has the cash, to waiting on approval for a loan, to never responding to texts. I should have known  I relisted it a few days ago.

Maybe. But then the poor truck just sits. All my tools are in the Ford, the Ford is 4x4, etc. I don't have time for a proper toy sadly. Even if I did have a toy, it would be a pulling truck, and that platform isn't the best to start with.

If a 1stgen.org brother wanted it, I could let it go cheap to a good home. I would rather see it used and taken care of.

Boost gauge problem:

My boost gauge was stuck at 5 psi until today, which was the first time I really shook the truck down. A few days ago I fixed the main problem, where the line was broken. Now I think it has pressure to it and the gauge reads 0-6 psi pretty much independent of my mental boost gauge. When it was stuck at 5 psi, I figured it was broken.

Typical of a whacked out boost gauge?

Test it with a regulated air supply and see if it moves.

My 1stgen.org asking price is 23% off of my open market price.

No thanks. It's the same size as what I have now and it's VGT. I hate VGTs passionately

Yes. I'm sure it's "worth" more, but I take care of my own. That figure is about what I need to get my finances back to where they should be.

That's reasonable to give us a break after all the help and harassment we gave you to keep it going. ;)

What's wrong with a VGT? Other than the figuring and fabbing to get it to work.
