Fire up the ol internet machine, look up a part number, call them, and reserve my vacuum pump.

I won't walk in and expect to get the right part. I find it myself on their site and present them with a part number. I learned to do that after a carrier bearing fiasco.
It doesn't seem to matter what I'm looking for Ellis. I bet some of these clowns couldn't find a headlight bulb for a 2003 Cavalier. No big deal, there's only about 1000 Cavaliers in this town. GM parts, Chrysler parts, or Ford parts. Its a universal issue. I wish John Deere or my friends at Cat sold pick-up truck parts. They're organized and knowledgeable.
