Negative. Earlier 70's were 35 until somewhere around late 90 when the switch to 32 splines was made. Easiest way to tell? If the shafts have cones and nuts for hardware, chances are they are 35 spline. Bolts, 32 spline. Both SRW and DRW varieties are like this. There are some oddballs out there, as for example of the rear axle in my 91. 3.07 gears, but 32 spline shafts, with a LSD. Most people have only seen 35 spline 3.07'd axles.
