If you are willing and able to provide your own labor and scrounge for deals on materials or find some used stuff, you can keep the cost down a lot. I built mine for $6980.00. It is a 24'x36' x 12' tall with a 12'x24' lean to off the back. I have an insulated 5' reinforced concrete floor with drains and waterlines installed for heated floor down the road. It has a metal roof, fiber cement siding, a 12'x10' commercial overhead door, a walk door and 3 tall windows. If I had contracted somebody to build it for me it would have cost right about $30,000. Well worth my time and effort to save $23,000.00 8)

Oh I plan on building my own because I'm cheap as hell lol.

He351 question. I bought what I thought was a rebuilt 351. Ended up being some odd ball. I had to have the comp side of the chra turned to accept the 351 60mm wheel. Now I try to put the wheel on and snug it down it binds. I stuck the original wheel on and it's the same thing it's binding on something. It's hard to turn by hand. I'm not sure what I'm missing.

Happy Easter guys. Mine was spent with family I don't get to see often. Breakfast, and a small egg hunt was with my grandparents, aunt, and her kids. Supper was with my sister, and her dads side of the family. Her grandmother is a delightful woman who wouldn't let us leave without a few food items. Unfortunately her grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's recently, so he repeats his stories quite a bit, he's still pretty sharp.

Happy Easter!

I spent mine working like a maniac. I trenched in a water line and installed a hydrant to the back of my shop and trenched in electric to my shop and back to my brooder. Can't wait to get some lights and stuff up and running.

Happy Easter everybody as well
I spent my weekend the same Meby. Had to dig up 22' of discharge pipe that feeds my ponds from the creek. The early fast thaw and the rains we had 2-3 weeks ago clogged up the pipe. After digging threw all the tree roots and rock they used to fill in the hole, I swapped it out with 6"pvc and reburied it. Now I got to mess with slowing the flow, its almost to much, and flooding out my sediment pond. Thinking a wooden ring in the end to reduce it to a 4" hole, see how that does

I'm on here 360 nights a year. I don't always post in here, but I cruise thru.
The wife was in florida for her convention, just picked her up at the airport at 5, now she's gone again for a party. It's tough being a single parent!

You guys happy now? ;)
