I've been having computer issues, the camper pic wasn't showing up. I didn't realize it was me until I got over to FB.

Not against a pic of your sister though if she's good looking. ;)

I want to say congrats Pete. I'm also fairly drunk at this point, but I did get my 2nd gen intake horn installed on The Roo Hunter today, so I'm pretty happy about that.

Stuffy and I pulled the engine from my 91.5 yesterday and I noticed that cylinders 2 and 5 had slight vertical scoring, just enough to feel with a nail. The drain plug was covered in metal and once I pulled the cam, looking through the LP hole, it looks like the cam journals in the block are pretty rough. Guess I don't know to install a cam.

Weird thing is though, the cam itself looks perfect. No scoring or marks at all. I measured with a set of calipers and all the bearings are exactly the same size all the way around @ 2.125 IIRC. Must be a lot harder material than the block is. So I'm going to send it to Hamilton and see what he thinks. If it's still good I'm going to sell it to fund a new turbo.

Thanks Pete. It's getting there. I still need a 2nd gen ic, and I'll switch to 3" piping then, send my 5x16's to Eric to get them body swapped, and I'm sure I'll be running on borrowed time with stock head bolts, all that air, and fuel, but I still can't afford studs at this point. She'll be going back to dd status though, so I can save money on insurance.

My speedometer quit on me last night though. I'm thinking it's the plastic gear on the t-case output stripped out. Considering I didn't want my stock taken out, and used on someone's else's truck I'm actually pretty pissed off about it not even lasting 300km.

I also found out the top speed with the current 265's, 3.55's, and 366 spring is 179km/h, so I'll have to get my 3800 spring in, and see what she'll do then.

Fast enough to scare a sane person in a 1st gen.

60 MPH is 100 clicks. Look at the speedo in both of your trucks. they have both markings.
