welp, i'm back in the gasser world (hanging my head in shame). but not for long. might have to make a "conversion" section now. got myself a 76 d200 that is probably the straightest vehicle i've ever owned. and it has a service bed on it. i'm now in the market for a 4bt and an auto to go behind it.
anyway, since i'm not used to the light fuel stuff, are they supposed to run A LOT hotter than our diesels? this thing seems to run right up at darn near the boiling point. the gauge seems to work though, and says that it's running cool. but if i shut er down for a bit, once i fire it back up the needle is over halfway to the right. and the radiator hose is REALLy friggin hot. i don't have a surface temp gauge though so i don't know how hot.
anyway, i've driven to and from work the last couple days and it hasn't burned up, so it must not be to bad.

ps. the best part is it only cost 850 bucks!!
