Finaly got the shackle flip done.

Postby pulltilbroke » Sat Jul 07, 2012 9:12 pm

Started on it at about 930 yesterday and had all the tools picked up by midnight. This was kind of a bitch to do, Damn thing wanted to fight me the whole way. But anywhoo it was worth it , The truck ride a ton better an I have no lift blocks to cause axle wrap.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

Yep new bolts and I did zip em up snug with an air gun then cranked em down with a wrench. And I just came back in from installing the hitch and re tightening the u bolts.

actually the deers leg will probably get caught in the spring and I'll end up dragging it for a few miles under the axle.

You don't know what an air wrench is? It's what Mark uses. It's a combination wrench, and when it's being used there is a lot of panting and puffing and heavy breathing at the same time!
