well i already have the 4mm because thats what they offer off the shlef and i feel like pissin away money so i figured i would have them do a 4.5 since its really not much extra and if it works good that is just one more thing we will know. i have the 4mm in my test pump

on the low side of 520cc but thats with a rather high inlet pressure so i am tryin to get a seal to stay in or figure out somewhere else to put the fuel. also i met a guy on comp diesel and we are going to start retrofiting some high flow dv's from a military pump.

I've already considered the dv thing and someone has spent lots of money trying. He told me lots of money and for very little hp gain. I don't think you can get power from dv's like you can with the p-pumps. I think your gonna have to spent ALOT of money or at least ALOT of time to get them to work well

the dv's are only goin to run 150 but i have to do a little machine work cuz its different holders and everything so they will be able to move more fuel than even a cut factory ve dv. even if they are only worth 20 horse then its 20 hp you didnt have before as for the money issue speed cost money how fast do you wanna go?

520cc is almost 200cc more than my pump puts out. What are you doing flowing it with no test injectors? If you burn that 520cc that is over 1000hp, should be a good time. 8)

i have just done some serious porting and flow improvements internaly. part of the way i am gettin theose numbers is with a set of custom dv's the 4mm cam plate and the 14mm h/r. but i have to cram a constant 70 psi through the inlet and even with a custom retainer the seal wont stay if i go over 75 psi on the inlet the vane pump self destructs lol so i am tryin to get this thing to stay together so i can try it on an actual engine. and the sticks for the testing are 6x24 dual feed from a second gen with the pressure set for the ve. they are not mine but i am goin to get a set as soon as i have that much cash to blow.

How many RPM have you had it up to on the test stand?

i gained 10cc with the custom cut valves so if the fuel can be burnt it might be a little more that 20hp?? and the pumps get tested on a test stand and to measure the flow that you would be seeing in the truck you flow it with the injectors your plannin to use.

I have had it to 2500 thats the limit of the seal but i might have found this little double lip seal that thermoking uses on some of thier older ac compressors and if i can obtain a smaller version that might be my fix
