I did at one point.

With an old truck that had the stock auto, I shaved .2 off in the 1/4 running a 16.3 compared to a 16.1. I also had a Walbro 392 fuel pump to help with the top end.

Was ur auto stock or built? Did u have any slipping issues? Last season I ran 15.71 on just an hx35 all the pump work and a stock auto

The only thing done to the truck was 3200 rpm spring and the fuel pump. Mine was also 2wd so i could build boost at the line.

There are 72 teeth on the pump gear, but since the IP turns half the speed of the engine, it means 10 degrees per tooth instead of 5. ;)

This is what it will look like if you advance your timing by one tooth. Stock means the O and the E line up. One advanced means O and C lines up. Don't be like JQmile and retard it a tooth. :P

(turn your pump gear clockwise in relation to your cam gear to advance it)

This is the pressure switch I was talking about for my KSB. (on my intake horn) I got it from Napa for like $35 or so. You can pull the rubber plug out of the end of it and adjust the pressure it makes at. I used a Druck at work to set it and it makes at 19.4-19.7 or so psi. 8) This is the upper range at which you can set this switch. Napa carries others for different pressure ranges, but you need to check the deadband on them, as some have more than I would want. You can use these things to control solenoids for wastegates or whatever. ;-)

how do u adjust the pressure switch to 20psi and do u recommend runing it w 1 tooth advanced?

at the end of the switch is a allen head screw usally. turn it in or out to adjsut it. with 5x18's i would put it +1 tooth and go from there. i got mine +1 and close to the head and it runs great, but every truck is different. i had the same pressrue switch set up and it was very nice, till the switch broke.

No time-slips but ... . .

What the KSB does to the injection event timing plot vs pump rpm . . . .

From the standpoint of performance, the effect of the KSB appears not so much about adding power as it is about moving the power around. Look at the changes from a given RPM point of view.

From recent testing of a new IP . . . . .
