power steering pump...Q

Postby blk_smoke » Thu Apr 26, 2012 4:24 am

ok so every piece of the steering system on my d250 is leaking. I thinking I'm just gonna replace the steering box with a reman cuz its got alot of play in it anyway. my question is, is it worth trying to rebuild the pump or should I just get a reman for that also? I believe the pump is leaking out the front...

thanks

I'd buy a reman pump. Nobody ever changes the fluid in those things,I don't even know if you can buy a kit for them anyhow.

Reman. They are cheap.
