Okay maybe I missed it but what do you have setup on the crank or down low to spin the blower?

Looks like the big pulley on the left side. Page 116 shows it.

Nothing on the crank, it's bolted to the pulley that used to have the mechanical fan on it. The crank drives it normally, through the accessory belt, then I've got the blower belt coming off a pulley I bolted to the front of it.

Okay so the belt comes off the top of the blower, under am idler, around your large custom pulley, down to a tensionrr and ygrn up over another idler back to the sc?

Yup, except I'm using a 7.3 Powerstroke tensioner so the idler and tensioner on the bottom is the same thing. 8)

Well since I'm running a Ford rear end I guess that's why mine went to hell.

Sadly.....that's probably the strongest thing on your truck other than the engine

Nice.

You all ever have a night where you just shouldn't have been fabbing on stuff? Tonight, and possibly tomorrow, was definitely my night. I whAt? my tight-radius 90* up bigtime for the inlet of the blower. It's the only one I had and our big truck store doesn't have any. I spent (wasted) literally 2 hours just making the plate and ruining my elbow this evening.

I'm just glad I didn't try to make my tensioner mount, God knows how bad I would have whAt? that up.

Fuck it, I'm doing it tomorrow. If it isn't road worthy I'll damn sure hear it wailing before the weekend's over.
