Around here (Indiana) mileage and original application seem to be irrelevant. Pumps only seem to matter if it's a 913 P7100. So that means the price only hinges on how much the seller wants/needs money.

The $1000 ones go quickly and the $2500 ones stick around forever unless they're 913 P pump engines.

I'm having a little issue with my Subaru. When we're sitting still with the heat on there is a pretty distinct smell of raw gasoline getting into the car, if you turn the heat off it goes away and I don't notice anything while driving (even at very low speeds) with the heat on either.

Needless to say this isn't a very good thing to have happen with Rory and Dallas in the car and I'd like to know where I should start looking before I spend my off days in the freezing cold weather under the damn thing.

Thanks in advance.

Park it on cardboard and see if it drips overnight. If not, do the same with the key one for a while. I assume it has an electric fuel pump.

It was something like 10* this morning. That new 1125 CCA battery I have is awesome. It spun it over like it was 60*.

I saw pics before it caught fire. I bet some steering wheel holder didn't want to slow down winding through the river valley. I know I wouldn't want to go through there in the snow with other traffic.

Ordered new tires for it today. A long with new summer tires for the Wife's car and the back up car. I don't exactly feel warm and cuddly right now.
