Piddled around with the RC today. Dropped the tank, yanked all the old fuel lines off the frame and pitched them, and redid them all with 1/2" and 3/8" lines like I did on the Dodge. Pulled the sender out of the tank and ditched the electric pump, then stuck a draw straw and return into the stock sender also like I have on the old Dodge. That was the last real thing I was worried about sorting before I set the drivetrain in.

I'll worry about sissy stuff like wiring some other time, time to drive this pig out of the shop. 8)

Ha I've been saying that about the wiring on my pickup for at least 3 years now. Still "haven't had time for it" yet. :D

I've been working on my photobucket issue with some help from the support guy. I had my computer guy here last night and he was stumped too. I had him download Firefox and used that tonight and it works good. What a PITA! Stupid computers. :?

Kinda sucks being laid up for a week, we had beautiful 40+ weather around here till yesterday! Really couldn't do anything to enjoy it but stand on the porch and let the sun hit my face as I let the dogs out....but hey! I can breathe through my nose now, first time in four months! The worst part of it all, the dissolvable packing that was used has come out, f'n nasty! I did get out a little bit today, took The Pile for a little drive, I finally found someone to take those 6x11's off my hands, traded them for a Super HX40. Both of us are happy with the trade.

He's running a HE351CW, and has already installed them. Got a text about 30 minutes ago, he says they suck fuel pressure way down and it's pushing through his clutch. Good enough. I need to get to modifying my exhaust brake or buy a weld on 4" flange so I can get that Super 40 on my pile.

Says it's an HX40, but it sure looks like an HX35 exhaust housing. Can anyone make sense of this? The price has me intrigued.

That's a bad feeling to push through the clutch, when I did the pot mod on my TDI and crank it up
it would push right through the clutch in 5th...hard to believe it gave it that much more.

Exhaust housing looks bigger to me but might just be the pictures. And the way the back plate bolts to the housing looks different than the 35 i have. Doesnt look to be as many bolts
