I think they get a little cheaper when you get people to rent in one of them

Update on the gauge pod!

1992 W350 RCLB 5 Speed Locking 3.54s Flatbed completely stock it's whole life (for now) 117K on the clock (In the middle of a frame off restoration)
1992 W350 RCLB Rag Locking 4.10s Flatbed basket case - All the spare parts left from the other W350 & I still have a whole truck left...
1999 RCSB 1500 24v NV5600
2000 VW Jetta TDI

Here's the issues they're going to resolve,

"Well as we all expected they point at the roof. And the bottom pod hits the dash. Also it doesn't fit well along the bottom. But this will take a few tries to get right"

Sounds like they are not going to just let it be, but actually use someone's educated opinion. The quotes are from a 1st gen owner that they are test fitting in front of so he can tell them what needs improving. I believe they are also doing the fit on his truck.

92 W250 Ext cab rotted completely out. Auto, pump maxed, 215 ppump nozzles, Denny T2 pin.
85 D350 single wheel, converted to cummins, getrag, turned up 2 turns and afc screw flush.

What does a 07.5 g56 typically go for?? I'm thinking about selling off one of my engines\trans to pay for one and switch my 205 to 29 or sell all of it and get a trans and 205. I'm trying to figure out if it would be worth my while to try and sell them or just buy them out right. I haven't really seen just a transmission for sale.

Well I'm done school here in 2 days. Just have finals left. Then I go back to work Monday, and hopefully my parts come in shortly thereafter so I can roll The Roo Hunter into the shop and get started crafting compounds for her. Then I can actually add something new to my thread

Zach, G56's go from $1000 builders to $2000 good take outs. I've driven Philips truck with a G56, I really liked it. I think its a good transmission as long as you aren't sled pulling or setting dyno records. They like to a-splode :lol:

I don't think I'll be sled pulling the crew lol...I just want a good daily driver 6spd that will pull any load I want and get good mileage. Maybe I should leave it 2wd with a g56.

The G56 gives you options on that also. A 4x4 and 2Wd G56 is the same trans. The only difference is a drive flange that bolts onto the output shaft. All other stick shift trans used by Dodge do not have that configuration.
