New Cummins Owner From Va

Just a few weeks ago bought my first cummins i been wanting one for a good while, overall nice truck 170k miles has some rocker, floor, bed and few crappy rust spots on frame i need to fix but other then that just little things it needs which a lot of it i have already knocked out. Still trying to chase down a stalling problem it has also, the pump has been messed with and unsure of how its been tuned. Hope to learn a bit on here and get this thing ironed out.
93 W250 LE CTD Ext Cab 4WD 5 Speed.

If the frame is rusty, check the drivers side floorboard. Major rusting there from water leaking in the kick panel vent by the parking brake.
