Some people aren't as smart as you

I watched 3 of my grandparents die of some sort of smoking related illness, shows ya how smart I am :lol:
90 W250 reg cab, Modified knuder valve, reversed reciprocting dinglearm adjusted, High volume flux capacitor,upgraded whirlygig, A clutch and a hitch
93 W350 ext cab dually, getrag and a few adjustments

I'ts been about 22 years since I quit. But it was'nt easy. The best advice I ever got was, never quit trying to quit. If you fall off, wait a day and start again. You will feel better, and food taste alot better. GOOD LUCK!!!!

How are you guys doing on your smoking cesitation. Don't want to hear I started back, Only I fell off the wagon and had to start over on the quiting. Never give up quiting.
1993 1st gen BHAF -Smoke screw 2.5 turns, star wheel 2.5 turns. Fuel screw 1.25 turns, fuel pin ground.

I havn't quit totaly yet but I have cut way back, went from 2 packs down to about 3/4 of a pack a day

We all have to start some where. That is a start. Now set you a goal to proceed to and drop some more from there. This is why they call it quitting and not I quit. :) Every little bit helps.

Still chewing here, slowed down but still doing it. I'm waiting until after sat. (when i get my taxes done) then cut back more from there

-Old Huskee Garden Tractor w/Cub Cadet deck, Simplicity Snow-blower, loaded tires & chains - is it weird the tractor is modded more than my truck?
