Dash Differences?

Postby peobryant » Fri Jul 03, 2009 8:33 pm

Does anyone know exactly when our trucks started using the "newwe" stlye dashes?

I know the '89's have the older style (at least Richie's truck does) but I have seen people with 90's have both dashes, (well the people claim they are '90's.)

I thought the only year for the older dash was in '89, but I may be wrong.

I love the older dash, I'd love to have it in my truck. :D

I wonder how hard it would be to swap one in...

Don't forget also that my speedo is cable operated on my 89. That was the last year of the cable speedo and the 85 mph reading.
