The one benefit of the super 40 over a hybrid, is that it has a larger exhaust wheel, and a 4" outlet to help keep your drive pressure and egt's down.

That graph is weird the way it jumps up and down during your run. I suppose if all the other trucks have similar results its fine. When I was running my stock trans auto we related that to the clutches grabbing and then letting loose as the converter flashed.
