random vibration

my truck just started doing this the other day. it vibrates sometimes going around 65 doesnt do it every time just sometimes. feels like the vibration is coming from the rear. what do you guys think this could be? i was thinking maybe u joints or something.
1990 dodge w250 non i/c 727, shift kit and deeper tranny pan, custom cold air, denny t fuel pin, star wheel turned down, fuel screw 2 turns, 5in stacks, 3200 spring, timming advanced 1/8", gauges, coolertubz, valet switch .

Could be a u joint. Might have one rusted up inside one cap or something. U Could check for hard spots. You might have slung a weight off of a wheel too.

i checked the balance on the wheels at work there good so has to be something elses. it only does it randomly. someting when you get up to 65 it will do it .then i will slow down and go back up to 65 it wont do it and sometime when im going down the the road at 65 it wont be doing it then all the sudden it will be doing it then go away.
