Postby dunes450r » Sat Nov 24, 2012 8:57 pm

just got around to replacing mine last weekend. they felt a little loose when i had the front tires off.

here's some comparison pics between worn and new:
passenger side bushing i shown, the driver side bushing wasn't worn as much, but the spring cup was worn, not sure why?

Not unusual to have just the cup worn and the spring getting tired and loosing its length. They weren't even loose on my '93, but were tired enough to make my wheels tilt in a bit. The bushing on the one side in the 92 I had, almost came out in 2 pieces.

The spring seat being worn, is probably due to the loose wheel. Bushing no longer tight......

I put a bushing in mine and it didn't help. So you're saying I should try a spring?
