i have that done on mine but it will still seep around the shaft at high pressure but it does keep it from blowin out thats why i am still workin on gettin this double lip seal. if an ac compressor can see 200psi and keep a seal i think it would work fine for our application

Are there any new developments with this 1.4mm lift cam plate? Has anyone installed one successfully?

Thanks, Aaron

I have a spare pump that i'm going to go through and reseal soon and this looks like a good option to me to get a little more fuel out of it at the same time. Is there anything else you would need to change inside the pump to use this cam plate? Also is there a certain injector size you would want to run minimum?

Thanks, Aaron

I'd like to know what springs your running on the plunger return.

Thats not a leak, its the external lubrication system.

you will want to run the heavy duty high rpm springs you should have a 14mm head, and big injectors 6x15 or bigger so you can move lots of fuel to keep the ve cool, you dont need any other mods....... to the pump that is

Any part numbers? Calling the bosch pump shop up and asking for heavy duty high rpm springs is going to get you no where fast.
