After I got the bushings out, I see it has been "repaired" previously. So I am looking for another set of control arms.

What did they do to them?

Talked to the gear dude myself today, he insisted that not only are the housings different but the gears themselves are and I need that 4.56 Detroit. I tried explaining the housing offset like 3 times, but they were insistent that the 3.54-4.10 gears had an offset built into them as well.

I sent Root a PM, I've done all I can do.

Just tell the D/A if he can't supply the correct part to refund the money. He doesn't know jack about a 3:07 axle.

What did they do to them?

Piece of flat stock, 1/8" or so, welded on the inside of the rear bushing area. Big hole drilled through. There isn't a "neck" on the outside of the A-arm, just a big washer.

Found a engine for my tractor. A friends dad had and old Mercedes diesel sitting around that he's going to give me. It will need a little work, but my Case is going diesel!

I've been wanting a cushion hitch for some time since I pull a lot of hay wagons. It just so happened that a mechanic at Cat had one and didn't have a use for it. I didn't give much for it, but man oh man does it make a difference.

Caleb, that's weird how it goes into the receiver. I've only seen them that are a complete hitch.
