I used mid-90's chevy diesel booster/master/lines with a 2nd gen dodge powersteering pump.
The booster has the same mounting holes, you just need to flip the bracket over and open up the center hole in the firewall. Also the rod needs shortened and the end is different (I cut the end off my stock dodge vacuum booster and welded it to the chevy booster at the correct length)
The lines take some fiddling with but I don't recall what exactly I did with them.

I had the return line tee'd into the steering box return in that pic, but I have since put on the 2nd gen pump which has 2 return line nipples.
